Hydration Support
Six essential electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, and more) come from seven sources, plus 500mg coconut water powder. Electrolyte needs vary by golfer, weather, exertion, and sweat rate, so use Holos alongside water rather than as a replacement for it.
Caffeine + L-Theanine
Each stick contains 80mg of natural caffeine from green tea paired with 160mg of Suntheanine® L-Theanine, a pairing chosen for calm, focused energy rather than a spike.
L-Tyrosine, Alpha-GPC, and Lion's Mane
Each stick contains 500mg L-Tyrosine, 150mg Alpha-GPC, and 300mg Lion's Mane 8:1 extract, included as the focus-support part of the formula.
KSM-66® Ashwagandha
Each stick contains 300mg KSM-66® Ashwagandha, included to support a healthy stress response and composure late in the round.
Zero Sugar
Holos contains 0g of sugar and is sweetened with stevia (Reb M) and monk fruit.
How to Use Holos
Mix one stick pack into 12 to 16 fl oz of cold water, shake well, and enjoy before or during your round.
