The Back Nine Shouldn't Feel Like A Drop-Off
Whole body. Whole mind. Every hole.
Your best rounds take more than a strong swing. They take a body ready for the walk, a mind present for the next shot, and the confidence to keep going when the back nine asks a little more.
That’s the philosophy behind Holos Golf. Inspired by the Greek word holos, meaning “whole,” we believe hydration, energy, and focus belong together.
Our refreshing watermelon stick packs bring that philosophy to your golf bag, combining electrolytes and coconut water powder for hydration with L-Theanine, Ashwagandha, Lion's Mane, and Alpha-GPC in a formula built around focus and composure. With natural caffeine for energy and zero sugar, it’s a simple addition to your routine, on the course and beyond.
Tear. Mix. Sip. Give your next round the whole-body, whole-mind approach.
Let customers speak for us
Holos is amazing on and off the course. If I have a long day of client meetings Holos keeps me alert and engaged, without that awful afternoon crash. If I’m going on a strenuous hike Holos keeps me bouncy the whole time without taking up any extra space OR weight in my pack.
No matter what I have going on that day Holos is my new go to for clean energy that keeps me going from start to finish!
Watermelon Wedge tasted more like Lemon-Lime to me and the hubby, but it was delicious! Nice little boost of energy, no crash. Definitely plan to check out more flavors!
I'm not a golfer but am active and recently had joint replacement surgery. Holos was recommended to me to start getting my energy back. I did notice a lift after my first sample and will continue to make Holos a part of my recovery and beyond.
Having previously used hydration supplements, I searched for a portable product that had a holistic approach
I also wanted a solution that worked in crossover settings, such as fitness training, for sustained energy release
The HOLOS sticks work in both regards
ORDERING
Easy, efficient; various payment options also make it convenient
DELIVERY
Mine are delivered by USPS, straightforward
PACKAGING
Product box protected well by shipping container; lightweight and sturdy, easy to transport
The HOLOS box is tasteful, professional looking, excellent use of color contrast
Packets are easy to use and VERY portable
SPECS
Transparent; all ingredients are listed and verifiable…I had concern due to variable heart conditions and did my own independent research of the ingredients – no issues with cardiac including performing cardio training
TASTE
Neutral; no singe taste overwhelms, excellent blend and balance; minimal odor
COMPOSITION
Obviously, study went into the selection, calibration, and interaction of the mix; I have IMMEDIATE POSITIVE effects in athletic environments (in addition to golf/sim, strength training, rowing, running, heavy bag)…discerned positive alteration of performance
At an age in the early seventies, I was as interested in the mental effects as much as the physical, particularly Lions Mane and Alpha-GPC; I noticed greater clarity and focus, especially in the later stages of a workout
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for any of number of athletic pursuits
Tried it...loved it...bought it!!! I work with elementary school kids and look forward to my midday hydration drink, this product not only tastes great it gives me added benefits to get me through the rest of my crazy day. Highly recommend you won't be disappointed.
Highly recommend Holos Golf Performance for a day on the course. The flavor is refreshing and I love that it has zero sugar. The single serve packs are a huge plus. I just toss a few in my golf bag before the round and mix as needed. I won't play without it!
It's refreshing to find a hydration and energy solution that both tastes good and isn't packed with sugar and caffiene. I've used Holos twice already walking 18 holes, early in the morning, on hot days. I felt calmer, more focused, and had none of the shaky jitters I'm used to after drinking coffee, plus I still had the energy after the round as if I'd just ridden a cart for 9 holes. I'm typically skeptical of these types of health products, but I was genuinely impressed with everything about Holos and am excited to use it every time I golf. It's now officially a part of my golf day routine!
Holos is a game changer! Let’s start with the packaging. I was pleasantly surprised by how compact the box is. it’s small enough to easily throw in my bag, so I never have to go without it.
The flavor is absolutely perfect! It’s refreshing and delicious, and I love being able to sip on it throughout all 18 holes. Unlike other supplements I’ve tried, it’s not overly strong and doesn’t have that salty aftertaste.
As for my performance. It actually keeps me feeling engaged and energized throughout the course. I usually start feeling tired around the 12th hole, but with Holos, I noticed a huge difference.
